A license makes it possible to provide all employees and managers with tools that include the Competency Interview Guides, Competency Development Guide, and eDeveloper™. A Competency Dictionary is included with each license. The cost is an economical one-time fee with no annual renewal fees. There is a discount for multiple products combined in one license.
